Frequently Asked Questions
- Delivery times approximately 4-6 weeks from placement of order.
- Prices quoted in Euro and exclusive of VAT, packing and delivery charges.
- First orders taken on a pro-forma basis only and 30 days credit extended for subsequent orders.
- Payment preferred in Euro, however,U.S. dollar and Sterling accepted by prior arrangement and at current exchange.
- All orders subject to current availability, Celtic Clays reserves the right to despatch large orders in two lots.
- Minimum order €350.00.
- Accounts must be cleared before subsequent orders will be despatched.
- All forms and designs in our range remain consistent, however, due to the organic nature of our material and the firing cycle there may be slight tonal differences in the glaze/colours from batch to batch.
- All pieces are microwave, dishwasher and oven safe. Please note, however, that these are handcrafted individual pieces, so never put a cold dish in a hot oven or a hot dish on a cold surface.
